EUC教师队伍由有教师的外籍教师、优秀海归、国内博士及研究生以上学历的骨干教师组成，所有教师需要有五年以上的教学经验。欧伦公学遵循“新全人教育”理念，注重精湛学术和师资队伍建设，培养学生高尚的品格及正确的价值观。教学以多元化为基础，采取小班制个性化教学模式，注重开发学生潜能，培养学生国际化视野和全面发展。

Teacher is the one who guides children to study and live. EUC is meticulous in recruiting faculty members. The faculty team is consisted of qualified foreign teachers, overseas returned scholars, and exemplary Chinese teachers, and all the teachers are required to have at least five years teaching experience. EUC follows the concept of "the New Holistic Education" and attach importance to faculty development, to cultivate students’ noble personality and correct value. EUC's teaching is diversified, using personalized teaching mode through small class system, by which students’ potentiality would be greatly explored and horizon would be widely expanded. EUC has a professional faculty. More than 90% of the faculty have earned master's degree or above. The Faculty -Student ratio is 1:5，and Chinese Faculty vs Expat Faculty is 4:6, the faculty allocation is far more competitive in the industry.

In curriculum design, EUC focuses on the students’ abilities with cross-cultural competitiveness. We adopt “the new holistic education” concept to set up two major curriculum systems (ACADEMIC + SCIENCES).

We employ teachers who have received excellent training in the past and continue to provide them with excellent professional learning opportunities. Our teachers use their learning to provide cross-cultural skills and create a classroom atmosphere where students can feel trust and respect. EUC拥有高级留学专家团队、英美招生面试官及专家顾问，他们全程参与公学的课程管理与教学评估，为孩子们提供一站式学业规划和规划指导。

A team of senior overseas study experts, British and American admissions interviewers and expert consultants are fully involved in EUC’s course management and teaching evaluation, so as to provide one-stop academic planning and guidance for students.

EUC has a four-year, comprehensive and personalized college preparatory program that also provides students with personalized support around the college/university application process. Students meet with our school’s college counselor as well as with university admissions officers in the college counselors’ office to obtain guidance and support to optimize their college application preparation and experience.

欧伦公学与英国百年布洛赫特学校(Brockenhurst College)、加拿大哥伦比亚国际学院(Columbia International College of Canada)签署战略合作,并加入世界高端教育品牌“英国剑桥国际高中”系列。欧伦公学已与世界50余所国外建立战略合作关系，与剑桥大学语言研究中心进行长期合作。同时，欧伦公学还引进了中学生涯规划体系，挖掘学生个性化潜能，提前为学生未来做规划，为学生的留学、学习交流、游学、研学。

Europe-UK College has established cooperation with Brockenhurst College (a venerable British college), which has a history of 108 years in UK, Columbia International College of Canada, and has been officially listed in Cambridge International Schools. Furthermore, EUC has also grown through its strategic partnership with over 50 famous high schools and universities in the world，especially established long-term cooperation with the University of Cambridge Language Centre. In the meanwhile, EUC imports students’ career project system, to excavate students’ personalized potential and make plans for their future in advance, preparing the way for students to experience their study abroad.

07小班制教学，双导制管理，专注于每一位孩子

Small-sized Teaching, Dual-mentor Management,

EUC采取小班制教学，20-24人为一班，师生比例为1:5, 中外教比例为4:6。班级实行中方导师+外方导师结合的双导制管理，全面负责孩子学习、生活、心理等方面的辅导，每一位欧伦学子身心的健康发展。

EUC adopts small-sized class education system with no more than 24 students per class. The Faculty -Student ratio is 1:5，and Chinese Faculty vs Expat Faculty is 4:6.

Each class adopts Dual-mentor System (i.e. 1 Chinese tutor & 1 foreign tutor). Both tutors are fully responsible for students’ study, life and psychology counseling to ensure the physical and mental health of each student.
